MOIST METAL GRIP
MOIST METAL GRIP is a single-coat solution designed to provide a water-resistant, anti-corrosion coating for wet or submerged surfaces as well as protect metal surfaces already experiencing moisture or condensation that cannot be stopped and dried.
What solution does this offer you?
- Prevents corrosion of coated materials from the damaging effects of submersion or constant moisture exposure
- Is applied to wet surfaces that cannot be dried before applying a corrosion coating
- Can be used on all metal, wood and concrete surfaces that are exposed to constant water pooling or condensation
- Can be used to encapsulate existing rusted surfaces
- Can be used to protect the inside of water tanks
- Can be applied over floors – it is tough enough to withstand traffic
- Can be used as a primer before ENAMO GRIP or ENDU PRODUCTS are applied
Benefits

RUST GRIP
RUST GRIP is a liquid reinforcement coating designed to seal air, moisture and chemicals out of surfaces completely.
RUST GRIP totally seals virtually any surface to protect it against corrosion, weather and physical wear. As a three-coats-in-one system, RUST GRIP acts as a primer, intermediate, and top coat with a single application and minimal surface preparation.
RUST GRIP is an encapsulating coating that stands up to abrasion, direct impact, acids, salts and caustic materials with no loss of strength.
RUST GRIP instantly seals, strengthens & protects, while stopping rust & corrosion in its path!
What solution does this offer you?
- Protects steel, aluminium, concrete, wood, fibreglass, lead-based paints, polyurethane foam, and other coatings
- Can be applied directly over rusted surfaces after loose material is removed
- Can be used as a primer for metal before over-coating (eg: with SUPER THERM)
- Encapsulates and seals lead-based paints, asbestos, other hazardous materials
- Can be used to protect floors against wear and damage
- Can be used as an anti-slip coating when combined with aggregates
- Can be used as a protection from acid splash or pooling
- Can be used as a moisture protective membrane to stop moisture penetration, contaminants, mould and mildew
- Can substitute for zinc-rich primer requiring no white sandblasting
Benefits
- Is perfect for minimally prepared surfaces – ie. No sandblasting!
- Is extremely tough, UV-controlled and is not affected by hostile environments
- Is fast working – begins its cure cycle within an hour, penetrating and swelling to seal surface pores and it works in such a way that high humidity quickens the drycure cycle
- Is easy-to-use – no pot life, no catalyzation, no two-part mixing
- Is designed to withstand acids, salts and caustics with no loss of strength (submergible in 100% nitric acid without any effects)
- Is rated as a Class A fire coating
- Has a 20+ year lifespan on substrates under normal conditions (strengthens surfaces to 6780psi or 478bar)
- Has passed 15,000 hours of salt spray testing which far exceeds the marine specifications and consequently has achieved DNV certification
HOT PIPE COATING™ – HT
HPC™-HT ia a two-part hybrid silicone/solvent resin. (Part B is flammable and Part A is water-based). The coating is using specific ceramic compound loads for application directly over surfaces minimum temps of 250°C (482°F) and up to 600°C (1112°F).
It was designed to block and hold the interior temperature on the surface and reduce heat transfer loss to ambient.
After Part A and Part B are blended together, HPC™-HT Coating offers a ‘green’, nonflammable, non-toxic formula for high-heat surface applications. HPC™-HT is easily applied, and can be applied direct to metal, concrete and other high-temperature surfaces.
HPC™ HT-PRIMER is applied fist for best adhesion. If the surface temperature is below 200°C, the HPC™-HT resin will not dry and will remain soft.
