UCD Masterplan Phase 1
This project consists of the construction of two new residential blocks. Block D will contain 455 student bedrooms and Block E will contain 409 student bedrooms, as well as the construction of a Fulcrum building. This is a two storey student centre, with a 290- seat auditorium, restaurant, 5 retail units, gymnasium, health and wellbeing centre, meeting rooms and office accommodation. It also includes a five storey residential block which contain 60 studio apartments.
